Blending my love for engineering and my passion for traditional leather work, I create unique canvas art in my spare time. Each piece is a fun exploration of how time-honored materials can meet modern techniques.
For a large portion of my career, I have created custom motorcycle parts, where I learned and experimented with techniques on leather, wood, and metals. Over time, I've grown as a craftsman, artist, and engineer, and now I enjoy creating leather canvases as a hobby.
My work is all physical canvases. I do not have Digital art or files for sale.
I begin with a handpicked leather hide and cut, stretch, prepare, and turn it into a canvas. I engrave, hand-dye, and paint the leather to reveal its natural beauty and texture.
The cool part is that these pieces will last for generations due to the treated leather. They will last centuries with proper care—cleaning and conditioning every other decade. Unlike canvas, which can deteriorate, leather develops a rich, natural patina, becoming more beautiful as it ages.
